I have referenced a few times how Pebble Creek is turning more of its energies to the use of video for coaching and training.

There is nothing quite like “seeing” good (and bad) models for training purposes, and nothing quite like viewing a tape with a trusted and able coach for analysis of your own teaching.

Larry Ferlazzo writes about our use of tape together. He describes it as the most influential and helpful professional growth experiences he has ever had. Consistent with this curiosity and desire to push the learning further, we took the experience a step further, showing the tape to his students and talking aloud about our critique of the lesson.
